@milikobusa Hi! The waistband is stretchy (pull on style) but the skirt itself is not stretchy. The skirt is 100% cotton.

@milikobusa No problem! I would suggest measuring the waist of a similar item that fits you. The skirt does not look small to me, but it is a medium. The waist was about 15 inches across laying flat and not stretched. If you want me to measure anywhere else, just let me know!
