Urban Outfitters Velvet Dress

Pictures are accurate to color. Tiny black mark, smaller than a penny, on the bottom back of the dress (see picture 5). It is not noticeable while wearing. Only worn a few times in excellent condition other than the mark. Beautiful detail. I consider this a mini, I'm 5'7 for reference. Would fit a small or medium. Elastic straps.
