Urban Outfitters Urban Renewal skirt size small-med

Cute and unique skirt from Urban Outfitters. I believe it was called urban renewal. Theres no tag and that’s the way it came. It’s a size sm/med. worn 1 time. No flaws that I can see. Laying flat unstretched it measures approx 12.5” and stretches to about 16”. The length is about 14.5”
