Urban Outfitters Striped Tunic Dress

Tried on one time - NEVER actually wore! I purchased this UO tunic dress as a last-minute concert outfit option. However, I ended up wearing something else to the show, after cutting the tags, and assuming I’d wear it. The closest UO store where I purchased this from is over an hour away and didn’t make it back to return it in time. It’s brand new.
