Urban Outfitters Strappy Mini

Super flirty mini dress from Urban Outfitters. Looks black in pictures but is actually navy. Strappy with a slight V neckline, faux wrap detail at the skirt, and cute button details on the side. Size large but has elastic in the back and is stretchy so could fit larger sizes, cotton and linen blend. Only worn once so it’s in excellent condition.
