Urban Outfitters Red wrap skirt nwot

Originally from Urban Outfitters. Size is listed as extra small, however it fits much more like a small. The elastic waist allows it to stretch a few inches. Comes down to about mid/lower thigh, depending on your height. Never worn. It has pockets!
