Sheer blouse with really nice pleating details at sleeves, shoulders & hem. Sweet, delicate navy dots pattern. From Urban Outfitters by Pins & Needles. Fabric feels & looks like chiffon or poly-chiffon. Worn 3/4 times. Condition: – On the inside of the shirt, there is light discoloration on the hem. (Might wash out?) This faces in against your back so is never visible. — End of one of the pin tuck darts is pulling the fabric a bit. Not noticeable when on. — Both ☝️ shown in the pics.

punkry @anabel278 Hello! That bottom banded area is kind of fitted and rests on the hips to give it some structure while the rest of the top is blousy and loose fit. Kind of a drop-waist style if that makes sense. Hope that helps! Let me know if I can answer any other questions!
