Urban Outfitters Kimchi Blue Halter Dress

Urban Outfitters Kimchi Blue Halter in black with cute floral print on bottom and left side. Thin halter straps and button detail down the bust, the back is slightly longer than front, can be worn as a dress, cover up or tunic. This is a reposh and was only worn once in the original post so it's like new, too small for my chest. Waist to bottom is about 19" in front and 24" in back. The waist is high, like the pic, more under bust than actual waist
