This is a really nice yellow high neck halter maxi dress from Urban Outfitters in a size large. It is fully lined and has slit sides, plunged arm openings, and side pockets. It has a tie so you can cinch the waist. Ties at the top of the dress are adjustable. It is made out of 100% rayon. It has only been worn once and is in great condition. Message for more info.
