One of a kind multicolor pink striped dress. Elastic waist. Unique cut out back with stylish zipper. Fully functional buttons along front. As worn by the uh-mazing Hannah on HBO's Girls! The one back strap is twisted as pictured. It was purchased that way. Elastic waist also has twist in it. Must be a designer flaw but it doesn't take away from this unique gem!
