Urban Outfitters Blue Floral Fit and Flare Dress

Unfortunately too short for me now. Lightly worn - in one picture you can see some slight running in the fabric wear the tie at the waist is. Not noticeable at all when wearing. Size XS - length 29-30in. - 14in. pit to pit Zipper has a fabric over lay but I’ve never ironed the dress so it doesn’t lay flat. Dress ties up at the waist in the back. It’s super cute!
