Urban Outfitters Blue Button up Skirt

Super cute blue button up skirt from Urban Outfitters, never worn! I don’t know what I would call this material but it’s super soft and is business casual with a fun & trendy vibe. The skirt has an elastic waistband, so it’s super stretchy, I’m more of a size small and it fits me great. Like new condition.
