Purchased at Urban Outfitters, Tag says Sparkle & Fade. Excellent condition. Bubble, full skirt with back zipper. Fabric is a thicker, brocade style Waist: 15" (I found it fits small. I suspect that it's a 6 mis-labeled). Length: 18.25"
