Urban Outfitters Black Layered Skirt

Coincidence & Chance | thick black layered flowy cotton skirt from Urban Outfitters. Can be worn high waisted or normal on the hips. There is a small tear on one side of the waist band. Hard to tell unless you look close but it is shown in one of the pictures
