New with tags BDG Urban Outfitters size small. Denim mini skirt with wide tie belt and button front, side front opening and buttons up the front, has a raw edge on bottom and pockets on the side. Wide elastic waistband in the back. MSRP $64.00, I believe it is vintage but not positive. Comes from a smoke free home. Measurements are taken lying flat.
