Urban Outfitters “Aurora” Blouse in Blue Paisley

This is a blouse with a blue paisley print by the brand Kimchi Blue, purchased from Urban Outfitters. It is light and versatile as you can decide to wear it off the shoulder by playing around with the keyhole tie in the front. The blue belled sleeves give it a 70s flair.
