Urban Behavior Blue Shear Blouse

Never worn and still with tags. Blouse is shear. Waist is elastic. From seam to seam at the bottom is about 15.25” From the scoop neck to the bottom is about 18.75” About midway and across is about 32” From the arm hole to the bottom is about 24.5” On the backside, from top to bottom is about 22.5” Arm opening is not elastic and is about 4.75” Please see pics for a better idea of where I measured.
