Upper Looper Cat Dress

It is really hard to show just how beautiful this dress is. It’s made from a woven fabric that is so soft but still holds its shape. The snaps are an adorable detail, and the collar is so retro it feels modern 😍 The top is lined. We wore this twice and washed with extreme care. Handmade by a mama in the US with a small shop!
