This vintage fabric, produced by 5th Avenue Designs in the 1980s, is of high quality and has been preshrunk and screen printed with a stunning floral pattern featuring roses and tulips on a brown background. This fabric looks and feels like brushed cotton or sateen. Its Dupont Teflon finish provides a temporary barrier that allows spills to be quickly removed with a dry cloth, preventing the stain from penetrating the fabric. It is an excellent choice for upholstery, curtains, cushions, and other sewing projects. The fabric is free of defects and is pre-cut to a size of 56 inches by 2.9 yards in length.
