Upcycled scarf festival Tunic S flowy top

The floral top is from Rue 21. The scarves are from my collection of polyester and silk scarves, most vintage. I hand sewed the scarves on in uneven lengths. One of a kind. Measurements: shoulder-15", bust-38", length-36" to 48". My dress form is a sz 8. As with most upcycled garments, I recommend hand wash or spot clean.
