Girls upcycled cowgirl dress. Condition is both New and Used. Top is a yellow striped boys shirt with lovely fabric chosen carefully to complement the shirt for the skirt portion .  It is embellished with a flat lace on collar cuffs and to the bottom for a petticoat look.
