Upcycled by Reissued, Black Swiss Dot Beatrice Dress. Size small/medium. Cotton lined dress with tie straps and pockets! Excellent condition. Sizing is generous- measures 17” across the chest. 29” at widest hip but lined part is closer to 25”. Length is 51” from shoulder. Upcycled by reissued is a woman owned brand in NY that uses dead stock and vintage fabric.
