chelsearose76 @merino514 the waist band is 14.5” but it’s very stretchy. My hips are 38 and natural waist 32 and the skirt fits perfectly. It’s shorter in the front, hem is 17” and in the back 22”. I bought it in Alaska at a farmers market a couple years ago. It just doesn’t get enough wear so I decided to sell. .
