Upcycled denim midi skirt with leather lace up slit. Long piece of leather included. You can cut to the size you want for your style. The top half of the skirt is Old Navy high rise and has strech, but this can be worn high or mid and look amazing either way. I washed, hung dry, and snipped excess fraying off.
