This is a upcycled Johnny Cash skirt made with old Johnny Cash t-shirts.l and has a rose patch. The back of the skirt is a Nashville shirt. The skirt has a ruffle at the bottom and elastic waist. This item was found at a flea market and is handmade. This is a unique skirt and would be great for a concert There was no sizing included with the item so please refer to the measurements.
