This dress does not have a fabric content label or a size but I believe we wore it around size 4 5 6 ish. Please see measurements. Please note some wash wear/fade/pilling. I believe this was an upcycled dress from other items. The owl has "i am happy" on the front. Short dress or long top - potential tunic. Very cute - feels like mostly cotton.
