Upcycled Hmong Fabric Cuff With Lace

I purchased some colorful woven fabric salvaged from traditional Hmong clothing several years ago and have made a few things with it, including this hand stitched cuff, to which I added some very frilly vintage cuff lace. Back is reinforced with pink felt. This is very handmade — note unfinished edges. Length is 8 1/4”. I placed button at 6 1/2” for my wrist but it can be moved. Elastic closure.
