I absolutely love this. There are so many things you can do with this. It would be so cool just over jeans and a T-shirt or over a fitted dress. The under arm two under arm is 23 inches and the length is 40 inches. There are slits up the side that are 18 inches, so it’s really comfortable moving around it. It’s just a great fun piece.
