Unworn APT. 9 skirt S

This skirt has not been worn, I did try it on when I bought it. I wanted to add a lining to it, but never got around it and it has been taking up space in my closet. Feels like a skirt for like summer/spring. This skirt is 24.5” long. Although I measured the waist (see picture), it has a elastic band. There’s a slit in the back. No flaws that I can see. The last picture is to show the fabric pattern and color up close.
