krscanlan13 @lovelycloset199 I’m not asking about the wood itself; I’m asking how it has been protected - what kind of finish? Oil-rubbed? Shellac? Varnish? Wax? Or is the wood raw? That’s unlikely, but it is important info so a new owner knows how to care for it in the future. If a new owner applies the wrong product in an attempt to further protect or repair the piece (like the case of extreme weather, bumps, scratches, etc.), using the wrong product could ruin the piece.
