Unusual rose gold over sterling ring with zirconia size 7

Purchased in turkey from one of my favorite jewelers. He also sells on eBay under Atlantean jewelry. Rose gold over silver. It was purchased as a gift and was too big for the wearer. Size 7. Never worn, but I do not have the packaging.
