Unusual red and black cloth covered visor

This handsome visor has a red and black cloth cover bib with black back arms The bib top is red cloth and the bottom has black cloth. The center of the bib is 4 1/2” to the back, and the bib is 5 1/2” across the front. The flexible black back arms are 4 1/2” in length The attached tag reads No Headache. I would recommend a small head just to be sure you are comfortable. Excellent condition, vintage but it looks new! From my personal vintage hat collection, this striking visor is from the 90s.
