Unusual jean skirt

I believe this is a one of a kind jean skirt. The panels are part of the skirt. As you can see it has everything from The Rolling Stones tongue, snakes, skulls and cartoon characters. It measures 13” across the waist and 13” length. The hips measure 16”. It’s tiny. I would give it a size 2 US. ITS REALLY COOL!!!!!!
