Unsigned vintage brooch with tassel m

Cabochon style glass stones red center, with four deep blue at corners and smaller green stones separating the blue. Each surrounded with tiny gold tone bead work, same beadwork around the setting. Tassel hangs from the bottom. Measurements are approximately 2”, 3 1/2” including tassel. Kiss lock closure.
