This charcoal-colored soft dress with a beautiful ruffled collar has buttoned wrists and is flattering in all the right places. This would look awesome with a pair of leggings or maybe by itself with the right pair of thigh-high boots. There are no rips, tears, stains, or odors. I wish I could tell you the designer however there is no evidence of any tag other than the one pictured.
