faye15 Hi. It seems that is already has an Apple ID because it say that I must use the Apple ID associated with the email r**********@gmail.com. It’s my 10 yr old that I got the phone for so that he can use the internet and the apps on it. I’ll take a pic of the msg it shows when he gets home from school so that you can see exactly what I’m talking about.

musician340 @faye15 I'm fairly certain there should be a label to return the phone in your email. Did you check? As for the return procedure once it arrives back to me I will mail out a replacement asap and the charge should remain on your card for the original purchase you made.
