Universal thread red and white top

Bright red top with white design, short sleeves that tie, looks like a wrap top but there’s elastic at the bottom of the front part, not back, and a stitch connecting the wrap part at bust so it’s not too low in the V neck, by universal thread, worn a couple times, in great condition.
