Universal thread maxi dress

This is SO freaking cute. I love the ruffled sleeves and the colors. White with jean blue stripes. The only reason I am selling this is because it’s too big on me. I normally wear a small and I knew this was a size medium but I loved it so much I was hoping it would run small and it doesn’t. True to size. Medium. Would also work great as a maternity dress!! Great for beach pics also. I’m 5”5 and this goes a few inches above my ankles
