100% cotton in great condition. thick utility material. no holes or flaws, just signs of being washed and folded. I usually wear a 24 in Madewell and these were just slightly too loose on my waist. Probably good for a true 25! approx measurements laid flat: inseam 24in rise 10in leg opening 9in total length waist to bottom hem 34in side pocket (mid leg) is 7inches deep!
