Universal Thread Tie-Dye Dress Small

I bought this dress at target, but I’ve never worn it. Brand new with tags on. I’ve always thought it was navy blue, until I read the tag today which said gray. I suppose it could pass as dark gray but I really believe it’s more of a blue gray. Size small, could also fit a medium on the smaller side. 18 inches from under arm to under arm. 51 inches total length.
