Universal Thread Fedora from target

Cute fedora hat. NWT, never worn simply bc it was gifted to me and person did not realize it wasn’t O/S & bought a L/XL & its just way too big for my head. I did notice while taking pics to post it that it has an adjustable strap to adjust sizing but i couldn’t really figure it out. no damage or stains. Pet free/smoke free home.
