Universal Thread Corset Mini Dress NWOT

Universal Thread Corest black mini dress. NWOT Excellent New condition Lower front right side has some dirt on it. Looks like someone dropped it on floor in store. I wiped it but don’t want to wash because it is new. Just fyi.
