No fading, and just the tiniest amount of pilling between legs. I couldn't get a picture of it because it's so light. US recommends that you size down in their jeans, and I found that to be true in this pair--I'm a true size 20, and these fit well. I'm just not into the straight leg silhouette despite my love of the button fly! I exclusively wear US jeans and find them to wear quite well for the long haul.
