United States Gold Coin Very Rare

The $1 Indian Princess Gold Piece Approximately 20-21 millimeters. It’s in plastic so hard to tell, I don’t have a weight because I’m not a drug dealer and don’t have scales. This was in a safety deposit box since the 80’s of my Mother in laws.. it was her father’s prior to that. The coin has been Authenticated from a Coin Collector, it’s the real thing for someone looking to complete their collection. 1854-1889 the year is unreadable which the price is reflective, it was appraised even being damaged to a collector at $2500-$3000. The back isn’t in the best shape, it was clearly circulated
