This is a Whatnot Workshop puppet from Disney sold at FAO Schwartz. It is orange and comes with a variety of accessories to create your own custom puppet. It also comes with clothes which is not typically inclosed in the original package so you are getting extras. This one comes with a leather jacket and a dress although the leather jacket is starting to crack.
