Uniquities pleated neckline halter dress

(Uniquities is a luxury boutique chain in North Carolina’s triangle region.) Only worn once! This elegant backless dress bears a knife-pleated halter neckline. The pleats could do with some ironing and there is slight discoloration of the lining (see photos).
