NWT but denim is made to look somewhat distressed. Very high quality. The teals and blues and greens with the gold glitter and pewter colored sewn on details are incredible. Looks as though a little bit of the glitter got on the bottom frilly layer in a small spot. It can be remedied by adding more glitter with glue and it will look like it was made that way. It has some stretch. Waist 16” lying flat. Stretches to 17 1/2”. Hips about 20” flat. Bundle for better price!!
