Unique wedge sneaker with face

This is such a unique piece!! Another plus is that it is lightweight. Note scuffs and wear on soles of the shoes seen in photos. Haven't attempted to remove it so stay be possible. Size 37 fits me and I normally wear size 6.5-7 in women's shoes.
