Unique vintage red velour dress

Never worn new with tags. a nice thick material. The top has some corset lining in the midsection but it’s breathe able and moveable. Has functional pockets. The straps have lining on them to help them stay. They’re also adjustable in that you can tie them to fit. Working belt and working back zipper. 13 inch waist. 27 inches from waist to end of dress 17 inches from armpit to armpit
