Unique spaghetti strap dress w/overlaying top

Spaghetti strap dress with slit in the back and short sleeve shell top and matching belt. Polyester material that flows beautifully. The size says 7/8, It's machine wash cold tumble dry low. The waist is 17" from the top of the shoulder and its 44 1/2" long. Only wore a few times and it's in excellent condition. Questions and offers always welcome.
